Capacity, workload and coordination, measured from the audit record.
Every figure follows the formula printed beside it and the events retained in the ledger. Empty values mean there is not yet enough evidence. Credit allocation, repeated operations and resource use make the system open to inspection.
Recruitment commitments count as capacity delegated to expansion and as capacity consumed during training. These views overlap and should not be added together.
| metric | formula | value |
|---|---|---|
| available capacity | active operator budgets divided by all awarded credits | |
| delegated capacity | handoffs plus recruitment commitments, divided by awarded credits | |
| processed capacity | processing plus equipment setup, divided by awarded credits | |
| capacity consumed | processing plus recruitment plus equipment setup | |
| mean budget | active credits divided by active operators | |
| allocation spread | Gini coefficient of active credit budgets | |
| review share | reviews divided by all operations | |
| recruits per hundred operations | recruits divided by operations, times 100 |
Operations are grouped by the budget available to each operator relative to the team average. Compare the rows to see how allocation affects which work can be attempted.
Each line totals the credits delegated from one operator to another. A thicker line means a larger handoff. Training costs are excluded because the reserve consumes them instead of transferring them to the recruit.

No delegation is recorded.
Each row is an operator and each column is an operation. Counts describe the recorded workload; they are not a ranking by themselves.
Credits express available capacity. The chart separates unassigned capacity, operator budgets, the shared reserve and capacity already consumed by completed work.
